Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Housing Association in Somerset. Established in 2007, they provide homes to around 10,000 residents and occupy around 4,200 homes, and aspire to be the best landlord and employer in the area.
The successful applicant will play a key role within this busy organisation. Your primary responsibility will be managing a team of surveyors to deliver the organisation's planned and cyclical maintenance programmes. You will also play a key role in the use of partnering agreements to obtain financial efficiencies and performance improvements for the organisation's investment strategy.
Candidates are preferred to have experience in working for a Housing Association or Local Authority managing a team of surveyors. Being a full member of RICS or ICOB would be an advantage, but not essential.
