Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice in their busy South Wales office. They are a private firm of project managers, cost consultants, and health and safety specialists. Providing a comprehensive service to their clients for various construction projects. Current projects are varied and include health care units, energy saving and carbon buildings. They also have client networks nationally and internationally, which has lead to them pushing through the recession unscathed.
Due to this fact coupled with an increase in activity they are seeking a Chartered Senior/ Associate Professional Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be of a senior level and looking to take the next step up in their career. A strong background in all aspect of quantity surveying is required including: pre and post contract, cost control and management. The individual will have appropriate and relevant experience within the sectors mentioned couple with a professional QS background.
This a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to have a direct impact on the progression of their career within a small private practice. An excellent remuneration package will be offered along with a flexible salary that will be determined by the individual.
