Job description
Our client are a national Property Consultancy delivering solutions to prestigious institutional clients as well as Blue Chip organisations across the UK . They are acting in a buoyant market and are committed to growing their business and network of offices over the next couple of years. To achieve their ambitious targets in East Anglia within their Building Consultancy, they have identified the need for an experienced Property Professional with strong business management and development skills to join their business to drive and deliver growth. You will join as a fee earner, will take responsibility for a team of surveyors and technicians and will soon be targeted to identify new business streams and deliver growth.
 
That's why we need an experienced Property Professional driven by business growth with a high level of expertise in their field, which could be Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Architecture, recognised by Professional memberships such as MRICS, MCIOB or RIBA. You will be able to demonstrate previous success in delivering complex projects by ensuring first class customer service as well as financial performance and profitability. You will have proven experience in managing a small team and develop your people. You will possess strong communication and presentation skills, instrumental in your ability to win and deliver new business, which you will have examples of.
 
You will be joining an established team, dealing with some of the largest clients in the firm. Your remuneration will be competitive to £40,000 plus car or car allowance, performance related bonus, contributory pension and healthcare. The remuneration for candidates with the ability to bring existing business contacts with them will be tailored to individual scenarios.
